Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst die operative Qualitätskontrolle durch, indem du tägliche Kontrollen (u.a. Waffeltüten/Cones) durchführst und die Einhaltung von GMP-, GHP- und Hygiene-Richtlinien überwachst und durchsetzt, einschließlich der Reinigungsorganisation und -nachverfolgung
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Wareneingangsprüfung, das Lieferantenmanagement sowie die professionelle Bearbeitung von Kunden- und Lieferantenreklamationen inklusive fundierter Ursachenanalyse (Root Cause Analysis)
- Du bist aktives Mitglied im HACCP-Team und arbeitest intensiv an der Pflege, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unseres IFS-Zertifikats und des allgemeinen QM-Systems mit
- Du bereitest interne sowie externe Audits vor und nimmst aktiv daran teil. Zudem förderst und gestaltest du den Kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess (KVP) sowie Prozessanalysen
- Du konzipierst und führst Mitarbeiterschulungen durch und stimmst dich eng mit anderen Abteilungen zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von Korrekturmaßnahmen (Corrective Actions) ab
- Du entlastest und unterstützt den Quality Manager direkt im Tagesgeschäft und bei Projekten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Lebensmitteltechnologie, Ökotrophologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. fundierte Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement der Lebensmittelindustrie
- Du verfügst über starke Organisationsfähigkeit und erste Führungskompetenz
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, konfliktfähig und scheust dich nicht davor, notwendige Entscheidungen auch in schwierigen Situationen durchzusetzen
- Du zeigst hohe Proaktivität, Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, Projekte eigenständig voranzutreiben
- Du bist fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
