Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst und überwachst das Risiko von Factoring Engagements im Neu- und Bestandsgeschäft, mit einem Fokus auf mittelständische Unternehmen
- Du erstellst, bereitest auf und votierst Kredit- und Genehmigungsvorlagen und übst eigene Entscheidungskompetenzen aus
- Du führst betriebswirtschaftliche Analysen durch, einschließlich Jahresabschluss-, BWA- und Liquiditätsanalysen
- Du bewertest rechtliche und risikorelevante Debitorenstrukturen und prüfst die Forderungsbestände
- Du führst Analyse- oder Finanzierungsgespräche – persönlich vor Ort sowie digital – mit Kund:innen, Partner:innen, Banken und Beratenden
- Du bereitest Kunden-Audits vor, führst sie durch und nach, inklusive Dokumentation der Ergebnisse und Ableitung von Risikomaßnahmen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine Bankausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterqualifikation (z.B. Bankbetriebswirt:in)
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im gewerblichen Kreditgeschäft sowie ausgeprägte Kompetenz in der Analyse betriebswirtschaftlicher Unterlagen
- Du hast Kenntnisse in Factoring-, Vertrags- und Debitorenstrukturen, was von Vorteil ist
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, arbeitest strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich und hast eine starke Kommunikations- und Argumentationsfähigkeit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
- Du bist gelegentlich reisebereit und Kenntnisse in Efcom (Factoring Software) sind wünschenswert
