Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst technische Zeichnungen und übernimmst eigenständig das Rüsten sowie die Programmierung unserer CNC-gesteuerten Werkzeugmaschinen.
- Du überwachst den gesamten Fertigungsprozess, stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher und führst regelmäßige Wartungs- und Pflegearbeiten an den Maschinen durch.
- Du bist für die Qualitätssicherung verantwortlich: Du führst präzise Kontrollen durch, nimmst bei Bedarf Nacharbeiten vor und erteilst die finale Lieferfreigabe.
- Du bringst dich aktiv in die Optimierung der Fertigungsabläufe ein, indem du die Vorgabezeiten bewertest und Verbesserungsvorschläge machst.
- Du unterstützt dein Team bei logistischen Aufgaben wie der Warenannahme, der Beschaffung von Werkzeugen und der Verpackung der fertigen Teile.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
- Du bist versiert im Einrichten, Bedienen und Programmieren von CNC-Maschinen und kannst technische Zeichnungen sicher lesen und umsetzen.
- Eine selbstständige, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein zeichnen dich aus und du arbeitest gerne im Team.
- Du zeigst Eigeninitiative, hast Lust, dich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln und bringst aktiv Verbesserungsvorschläge ein.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team und das Verständnis der Arbeitsanweisungen sprichst du fließend Deutsch.
- Ein Staplerschein ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
