Was erwartet dich?
- Du bearbeitest Reklamationen, erfasst sie, verfolgst Fristen nach und kommunizierst mit Lieferant:innen
- Du erfasst und pflegst Reklamationen und CAPA-Maßnahmen im QM-System
- Du übernimmst das Prüfmittelmanagement, planst und überwachst Kalibrierungen und Wartungsprüfungen und legst die Nachweise ab
- Du verwaltest und versionierst QM-Dokumente und bereitest Freigaben vor
- Du unterstützt bei der Pflege des Qualitätsmanagementsystems (ISO 13485) und des Umweltmanagementsystems (ISO 14001)
- Du arbeitest bei der Technischen Dokumentation mit, pflegst Vorlagen und formatierst Dokumente

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekauffrau/-mann, Bürokauffrau/-mann oder Fachkraft für Qualitätssicherung
- Du hast erste Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung oder im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise in der Medizintechnik oder einem anderen regulierten Umfeld
- Du kennst dich mit der ISO 13485 oder ISO 9001 aus, was von Vorteil ist
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit QM- oder ERP-Software
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert und selbstständig
- Du bist kommunikationsstark im Umgang mit Kund:innen, Lieferant:innen und Kolleg:innen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
