Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen Wartungs-, Inspektions- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Maschinen, Produktionsanlagen und Betriebsmitteln durch
- Sie stellen die technische Verfügbarkeit und Betriebsbereitschaft der Produktionsanlagen im laufenden Betrieb sicher
- Sie analysieren und beheben Störungen und unterstützen bei der nachhaltigen Fehlerursachenermittlung
- Sie unterstützen bei der Optimierung von Maschinen, Anlagen und technischen Prozessen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Qualität
- Sie wirken bei Umbauten, Inbetriebnahmen sowie technischen Verbesserungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen mit
- Sie richten Maschinen und Betriebsmittel ein, rüsten sie um und passen sie technisch für unterschiedliche Produktionsaufträge an

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Mechatroniker (m/w/d), Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie haben erste Berufserfahrung in der Wartung, Instandhaltung oder Betreuung von Produktionsanlagen, was von Vorteil ist
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über Kenntnisse in der LWL- bzw. Glasfaserkonfektionierung
- Sie besitzen ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der systematischen Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung
- Sie sind zuverlässig, verantwortungsbewusst und teamfähig und bringen Eigeninitiative sowie die Bereitschaft mit, technische Abläufe kontinuierlich zu verbessern

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
