Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie legen Aktivitäten und Prozesse für die Produktionsplanung an und optimieren diese ständig
- Sie pflegen den Aktivitätenkatalog
- Sie arbeiten eng mit den Bereichen Entwicklung, Qualität und Vertrieb zusammen
- Sie übernehmen das Troubleshooting in den Produktionsstandorten, insbesondere bei Betriebsmitteln, Abläufen und Steuerungsdokumenten
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner:in für die Produktionsstandorte in Augsburg, Ungarn und Mexiko und arbeiten in unterschiedlichen Produktionsprojekten mit
- Sie unterstützen und begleiten die Produktion im 2-Schicht-Betrieb und analysieren sowie optimieren schichtbezogene Prozesse

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in Produktionsprozessen, idealerweise in der Herstellung passiver optischer oder elektrotechnischer Komponenten
- Sie besitzen Kenntnisse im Bereich Lean Management, Prozessoptimierung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung (KVP)
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, analytisch und lösungsorientiert
- Sie haben ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie sind bereit, mit den Produktionsteams im 2-Schicht-System (Früh- und Spätschicht) zusammenzuarbeiten und bringen Reisebereitschaft aufgrund internationaler Kunden- und Unternehmensstrukturen mit
