- Sie bedienen und programmieren CNC-gesteuerte Werkzeugmaschinen zur Bearbeitung von Metallbauteilen mittels - Heidenhain-Steuerung -
- Sie richten Maschinen ein und wählen geeignete Werkzeuge sowie Bearbeitungsparameter aus
- Sie fertigen Einzelteile, Prototypen und Kleinserienbauteile nach technischen Zeichnungen
- Sie überwachen den Fertigungsprozess und optimieren bei Bedarf die Bearbeitungsabläufe
- Sie prüfen die gefertigten Werkstücke mit geeigneten Mess- und Prüfmitteln und stellen die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards und Maßvorgaben sicher
- Sie führen kleinere Wartungs- und Pflegearbeiten an den Maschinen durch

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über Erfahrung in der CNC-Bearbeitung (Heidenhain-Steuerung) und Maschinenbedienung
- Sie sind bereit, im 2-Schicht-System zu arbeiten (Früh- und Spätschicht)
- Sie können technische Zeichnungen lesen und sicher umsetzen
- Sie haben Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln
- Sie arbeiten präzise, selbstständig und qualitätsbewusst
- Sie sind zuverlässig, teamfähig und haben Freude an technischen Herausforderungen
- Sie verfügen über fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
