Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie wickeln eigenverantwortlich Baustellen im schlüsselfertigen Hochbau ab
- Sie bereiten Bauprojekte strukturiert vor und führen diese ordentlich und termingerecht aus
- Sie koordinieren und überwachen die Bauausführung, einschließlich Rohbau, Gebäudehülle, Ausbaugewerke und Haustechnik
- Sie steuern, überwachen und bewerten Nachunternehmer und führen gewerbliches Personal
- Sie sichern aktiv die Qualität und kontrollieren die Termine auf der Baustelle, setzen Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften um und dokumentieren den Baufortschritt
- Sie führen Baustellenbesprechungen durch und überprüfen die Werkplanungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Weiterbildung zum geprüften Polier (m/w/d) abgeschlossen
- Sie verfügen über eine fundierte handwerkliche Ausbildung (IHK oder gleichwertig) und mehrjährige Erfahrung im schlüsselfertigen Hochbau
- Sie haben einschlägige Berufserfahrung auf Baustellen in Deutschland und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Sie sind teamfähig und haben ein hohes Bewusstsein für Qualitätssicherung und strukturierte Baustellenabläufe
- Sie besitzen fachliche Kompetenz, ein besonnenes Auftreten und einen lösungsorientierten Führungsstil
- Sie haben idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Haustechnik (TGA)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
