- Sie bearbeiten Import-, Export- und Versandverfahren über ATLAS und NCTS
- Sie erstellen und prüfen Zolldokumente (ABD, T1, T2) und überwachen MRN-Status, Fristen sowie offene Zollverfahren
- Sie führen die Zolllagerbestände und unterstützen bei Inventuren
- Sie prüfen Handelsrechnungen, Ursprungs- und Präferenznachweise sowie weitere Zollunterlagen auf Vollständigkeit und Plausibilität und beachten Zoll- und Exportkontrollvorschriften
- Sie prüfen und wickeln Zölle und Einfuhrabgaben anhand geltender Vorschriften und Tarife ab
- Sie sind Ansprechperson für Behörden, Kund:innen und interne Fachbereiche und organisieren sowie koordinieren Containertransporte

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise in Spedition, Logistik oder Außenhandel, mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Speditions-, Logistik- und operative Zollkenntnisse, insbesondere UZK, Import, Export, Versandverfahren und Zolllager
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit ATLAS, NCTS und eingesetzten Zoll-, Transport- und Lagerverwaltungssystemen
- Sie besitzen Kenntnisse im Außenwirtschafts- und Exportkontrollrecht sowie im Containertransport und -handling
- Sie haben ein kaufmännisches Verständnis, Kostenbewusstsein, IT-Affinität und gute Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
