- Koordination infrastruktureller Leistungen wie Reinigung, Entsorgung, Außenanlagen, Zutrittsmanagement, Fuhrpark, Arbeitskleidung und Zentralarchiv
- Planung und Kontrolle von Budgets und Investitionen sowie Optimierung der Gebäudeunterhalts- und Energiekosten
- Sicherstellung der erforderlichen Dokumentation sowie Einhaltung der Vorgaben zu Arbeits-, Gesundheits-, Brand- und Umweltschutz

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Meister, Techniker oder Fachwirt Facility Management, alternativ ein einschlägiges technisches Studium
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Gebäudemanagement sowie in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden und externen Dienstleistern
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Gebäudetechnik, Elektro, Instandhaltung sowie Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klimatechnik
- Kentnisse der relevanten Betreiber-, Prüf-, Arbeitsschutz- und Brandschutzpflichten sowie Bereitschaft zur Übernahme der Funktion als Sicherheitsbeauftragte/r
- Qualifikation als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit von Vorteil
- Ausbildereignung nach AEVO wünschenswert
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung in Budgetierung, Kostenkontrolle und Investitionsplanung
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und durchsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem technischem Verständnis
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office und digitalen Gebäudeüberwachungssystemen
