- Technische Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender elektronischer Produkte, Baugruppen und Baureihen über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
- Planung und Umsetzung von Hardware-, Firmware-, Layout- und Stücklistenänderungen unter Berücksichtigung von Funktion, EMV/ESD, Konformität, Herstellbarkeit, Verfügbarkeit und Kosten
- Bearbeitung von Obsoleszenzen, Bauteilabkündigungen und Lieferengpässen sowie Bewertung und Qualifizierung geeigneter Ersatzbauteile und Second Sources
- Durchführung und Dokumentation technischer Bewertungen, Verifikationen und Freigabetests nach Produktänderungen
- Ganzheitliche Analyse technischer Herausforderungen und Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungen gemeinsam mit Entwicklung, Produktion, Qualität, Einkauf, Product Management und Lieferanten
- Mitwirkung bei FMEAs, Design- und Change-Reviews, Serieneinführungen sowie bei Phase-out- und Last-Time-Buy-Entscheidungen
- Aktive Mitgestaltung der neuen Abteilung durch eigene Ideen, optimierte Abläufe und effiziente Prozesse für die zukünftige Produktbetreuung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Elektronikentwicklung, Serienbetreuung, Produktpflege oder im technischen Änderungsmanagement
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Schaltungsanalyse, Bauteilauswahl, PCB-Design sowie EMV-/ESD-gerechter Auslegung elektronischer Baugruppen
- Erfahrung in der Bewertung von Bauteilalternativen, Obsoleszenzen, Abkündigungen und Requalifizierungen
- Kenntnisse in Embedded-Software und hardwarenaher Firmware zur Analyse, Anpassung und Prüfung bestehender Systeme
- Sicherer Umgang mit Stücklisten, Schaltungs-, Layout-, Prüf- und Freigabedokumenten sowie idealerweise mit PLM-/ERP- und Versionsverwaltungssystemen
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Systemdenken und ein hohes Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
