Deine Aufgaben
- Du rüstest, programmierst und bedienst eigenständig unsere CNC-Fräsmaschinen mit den Steuerungen Siemens 840D sowie Okuma OSP300M/OSP500.
- Anhand technischer Zeichnungen fertigst du präzise Einzelteile und Kleinserien und sicherst damit die hohe Qualität unserer Produkte.
- Du erstellst und optimierst CNC-Programme direkt an der Maschine, um Fertigungsprozesse effizienter zu gestalten und die Laufzeiten zu verbessern.
- Du überwachst den gesamten Fertigungsprozess, führst eigenverantwortlich Qualitätskontrollen mit gängigen Messmitteln durch und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse.
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Team bringst du deine Ideen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Arbeitsabläufe und der Fertigungsqualität aktiv ein.

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) Fachrichtung Frästechnik, CNC-Fräser (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
