Als Odoo Consultant (m/w/d) führst du Odoo bei unseren Kund:innen ein, passt das System an ihre Prozesse an und bleibst auch nach dem Go-live ihre feste Ansprechperson. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von Beratung und Technik und siehst direkt, wie deine Lösungen den Arbeitsalltag in Unternehmen verbessern.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst die Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kund:innen und leitest daraus die Anforderungen an Odoo ab
- Du entwickelst Lösungskonzepte und konfigurierst die passenden Odoo-Module
- Du setzt Anpassungen mit Python, XML und SQL um oder stimmst sie mit unserem Entwicklerteam ab
- Du übernimmst Datenmigrationen und erstellst Auswertungen mit SQL
- Du moderierst Workshops und schulst Anwender:innen für einen reibungslosen Go-live
- Du begleitest deine Kund:innen nach dem Go-live, klärst Supportfragen und entwickelst ihr System weiter

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du denkst gerne in Prozessen und bleibst an einem Problem dran, bis es gelöst ist
- Python, SQL oder XML schrecken dich nicht ab, erste Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit Odoo oder einem anderen ERP-System ist von Vorteil, eine fundierte Einarbeitung in Odoo ist gesichert
- Du kommunizierst klar im Kundenkontakt und freust dich, wenn ein Projekt zufriedene Kund:innen hinterlässt
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
- Wünschenswert, aber kein Muss: eine Odoo-Zertifizierung oder Erfahrung aus ERP-Einführungsprojekten

The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found in your application overview.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
