Als SHK-Meister (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Baustellenleitung für Heizungsmodernisierungen und Wärmepumpenmontagen, vom Ein- und Mehrfamilienhaus bis zu Wohneigentümergemeinschaften, Schulen und Gewerbeobjekten. Du führst die Montageteams vor Ort, sicherst die Qualität jeder Anlage und bist die fachliche Instanz im SHK-Bereich. Klare Abläufe und standardisierte Prozesse geben dir den Rücken frei, damit du dich auf Technik und Team konzentrieren kannst.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest SHK-Baustellen eigenverantwortlich, von der Arbeitsvorbereitung bis zur Abnahme
- Du führst und koordinierst die Montageteams vor Ort und entwickelst die Anlagenmechaniker:innen fachlich weiter
- Du verantwortest Heizungsmodernisierungen vom Rückbau der Altanlage bis zur Inbetriebnahme moderner Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpen
- Du stellst fachgerechten Rohrleitungsbau mit Kupfer-, C-Stahl- und Mehrschichtverbundrohren sicher
- Du verantwortest die Qualitätssicherung mit Befüllung nach VDI 2035 sowie Dichtheits- und Funktionsprüfungen
- Du übergibst Anlagen an Kund:innen und weist sie verständlich in die Grundfunktionen ein
- Du stimmst dich mit den Meistern aus Elektro und Kältetechnik ab, damit gewerkeübergreifende Projekte reibungslos laufen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast deine Meisterprüfung im Installateur- und Heizungsbauer-Handwerk erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung in der Montage und Modernisierung von Heizungssystemen
- Du führst gerne ein Team, hast ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und gehst offen auf Kund:innen zu
- Erfahrung mit Wärmepumpen, idealerweise im Mehrfamilienhaus- oder Gewerbebereich, ist von Vorteil
- Wünschenswert, aber kein Muss: Kältemittel-Sachkunde nach Chemikalien-Klimaschutzverordnung
- Du verfügst über einen Führerschein der Klasse B (BE wünschenswert) und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
