Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die regelmäßige Wartung und Instandhaltung unserer Industrieanlagen und sicherst so deren reibungslosen Betrieb.
- Bei Störungen gehst du auf Fehlersuche, analysierst die Ursachen und leitest eigenständig die notwendigen Reparaturmaßnahmen ein.
- Du verantwortest die vorausschauende Planung sowie Verwaltung des Ersatzteillagers, um Ausfallzeiten zu minimieren.
- In enger Abstimmung mit deinem Team bringst du aktiv deine Ideen zur technischen Optimierung der Anlagen ein.
- Du nimmst am rotierenden Bereitschaftsdienst teil, um auch außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten die Anlagenverfügbarkeit zu gewährleisten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d) oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Beruf mit – auch als technisch versierter Quereinsteiger bist du willkommen.
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Wartung und Instandhaltung von komplexen Industrieanlagen gesammelt.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert, und dein Team kann sich stets auf dich verlassen.
- Die Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst stellt für dich kein Problem dar.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team und die Dokumentation bringst du fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
