- Sie verantworten die Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und IFRS und stellen die Qualität der laufenden Buchhaltung sicher.
- Sie analysieren Finanzkennzahlen (GuV, Bilanz, Cashflow), erstellen aussagekräftige Reportings und leiten Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management ab.
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung steuern Sie die Budgetplanung sowie Forecasts und führen detaillierte Abweichungsanalysen durch.
- Sie führen und entwickeln Ihr Accounting-Team fachlich sowie disziplinarisch und agieren als zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle buchhalterischen Fragestellungen.
- Als primäre Schnittstelle zu Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen und Steuerberater:innen gewährleisten Sie die Einhaltung aller Compliance-Anforderungen.
- Sie treiben die Optimierung der Finanzprozesse und des ERP-Systems voran und entwickeln das Liquiditäts- und Risikomanagement strategisch weiter.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen mit, idealerweise ergänzt durch erste Führungserfahrung.
- Als Bilanzbuchhalter sind Sie sattelfest in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB und bringen fundierte Kenntnisse in IFRS mit.
- Idealerweise haben Kenntnisse der japanischen Rechnungslegung (JGAAP) - das ist aber kein Muss.
- Sie haben Erfahrung im deutschen Steuerrecht sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern.
- Mit Ihrer strukturierten Arbeitsweise und Ihrer Kommunikationsstärke führen Sie das Accounting-Team zum Erfolg.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und fühlen sich in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld wohl.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
