- Sie beraten im Bereich HR und gestalten HR-Prozesse

- Sie unterstützen die Personalentwicklung und Führungskräfte, inklusive Bedarfsanalyse, Organisation von Führungsqualifizierungen, Begleitung von Mitarbeitergesprächen und Nachfolgeplanung
- Sie übernehmen eventuell die Ausbildungsleitung der kaufmännischen Berufe und sind für Recruiting und Personalbetreuung verantwortlich
- Sie gestalten und führen das Onboarding durch und managen Verträge für Mitarbeitende, Auszubildende, Praktikant:innen und Personaldienstleister
- Sie pflegen und entwickeln das Zeiterfassungssystem weiter und arbeiten eng mit dem Betriebsrat, anderen Standorten und der Konzernzentrale zusammen
- Sie organisieren und administrieren Teilbereiche wie Reisekostenabrechnung, Geschäftsreisen, Meetings und Firmenevents und vertreten die Telefonzentrale im Wechsel

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine kaufmännische oder personalwirtschaftliche Ausbildung, gern mit Weiterbildung (z. B. Personalfachkaufmann/-frau IHK) oder Studium
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre) als Personalreferent:in mit generalistischer Ausrichtung, möglichst im produzierenden Umfeld
- Sie besitzen solide Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und Betriebsverfassungsrecht
- Sie haben Erfahrung in Personalentwicklung, Qualifizierungsplanung oder Führungskräftebegleitung, was von Vorteil ist
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und haben Erfahrung mit HR- und Zeiterfassungssystemen
- Sie sind lösungsorientiert, denken in Prozessen und arbeiten strukturiert
- Sie sind kommunikativ, empathisch, belastbar und initiativ

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
