Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d), Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) oder Altenpfleger (m/w/d)
- Du hast eine Weiterbildung zur Leitung einer Station bzw. zur verantwortlichen Pflegefachkraft oder bist bereit, diese zu absolvieren
- Du hast idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der geriatrischen Versorgung oder Rehabilitation mit, was wünschenswert ist
- Du verfügst über Organisationsgeschick, Entscheidungsfreude und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie einen wertschätzenden und motivierenden Führungsstil

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
