Was erwartet dich?
- Weiterentwicklung unseres QM-Systems und unserer Prozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen
- (Administrative) Reklamationsbearbeitung, inkl. Kundenkommunikation
- Erstellung von Fehleranalysen wie FMEA und 8D-Reports
- Implementierung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen in der gesamten Organisation
- Mitwirkung an internen und externen Audits, Konzipierung und Durchführung von Schulungsmaßnahmen
- Führung einer Mitarbeiterin, informelle Führung bei Querschnittsaufgaben

- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in QM und QS, Kenntnisse ISO 9001, ggf. 13485
- Erfahrung in Entwicklungs- und Produktionsprozessen aus der Q-Perspektive
