- Sie übernehmen die eigenständige Programmierung, das Rüsten und die Bedienung unserer CNC-gesteuerten Studer-Schleifmaschinen mit Fanuc-Steuerung.
- Sie fertigen präzise Einzelteile und Kleinserien nach technischen Zeichnungen und stellen dabei einen reibungslosen Fertigungsprozess sicher.
- Sie überwachen aktiv die Schleifprozesse, optimieren bei Bedarf bestehende CNC-Programme und sorgen so für maximale Effizienz und Qualität.
- Sie führen eigenverantwortlich Qualitätskontrollen durch, indem Sie die gefertigten Werkstücke mit gängigen Prüf- und Messmitteln kontrollieren.
- Sie verantworten die Vorbereitung der Spannmittel sowie Werkzeuge und kümmern sich um die regelmäßige Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit CNC-Maschinen und deren Programmierung – idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Kenntnisse mit Fanuc-Steuerungen an Studer-Maschinen mit.
- Das Lesen technischer Zeichnungen gehört ebenso zu Ihren Stärken wie praktische Erfahrung im Außen-, Innenrund- und Flachschleifen.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch Präzision, Selbstständigkeit und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein für die Qualität der Werkstücke aus.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team und die Dokumentation beherrschen Sie die deutsche Sprache sicher in Wort und Schrift.
