- Sie sind die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Patient:innen, empfangen diese freundlich und kümmern sich um ihre Anliegen
- Sie koordinieren Termine effizient, verwalten die Patient:innenakten und sorgen für eine optimale Praxisorganisation
- Sie assistieren unseren HNO-Ärzt:innen bei Untersuchungen, Behandlungen und kleineren Eingriffen
- Sie bereiten Untersuchungsräume und Instrumente vor und stellen die Einhaltung der Hygienestandards sicher
- Sie führen nach entsprechender Einarbeitung eigenständig Hör- und Gleichgewichtstests sowie weitere spezifische HNO-Diagnostik durch
- Sie übernehmen die sorgfältige medizinische Dokumentation und unterstützen bei der Abrechnung der Leistungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Fachangestellte (MFA) (m/w/d), Zahnmedizinische Fachangestellte (ZFA) (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare medizinische Ausbildung
- Sie bringen idealerweise erste Erfahrungen aus einer Arztpraxis mit. Erfahrungen in einer HNO-Praxis sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung – wir bieten eine umfassende Einarbeitung
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit gängiger Praxissoftware und besitzen gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ein freundliches, empathisches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten aus. Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sind für Sie selbstverständlich
- Sie verfügen über Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, die für diese Position unerlässlich sind

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
