Du bist die perfekte Mischung aus erfahrenem Systemadministrator und lösungsorientiertem IT-Consultant. In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die ganzheitliche Verantwortung für ausgewählte Kundenstandorte (z. B. mit ca. 50 Arbeitsplätzen) sowie für spannende Rollout- und Modernisierungsprojekte. Du verwaltest die Infrastruktur nicht nur, sondern entwickelst sie aktiv weiter. Dank deiner Flexibilität und deiner starken Kommunikationsfähigkeit bist du sowohl technischer Macher als auch der vertrauenswürdige Berater unserer Kunden vor Ort oder remote.
Was erwartet dich?
- Die Inbetriebnahme neuer IT-Infrastruktur in Arztpraxen und anderen Gesundheitseinrichtungen liegt in deinen Händen, von Servern und Clients bis zu Netzwerkkomponenten
- Ganzheitliche Kundenbetreuung: Du bist der Hauptansprechpartner für definierte Kundenstandorte, behältst alle Support-Tickets im Blick und löst diese strukturiert (First- bis Third-Level)
- Technologie-Consulting: Du evaluierst neue IT-Trends, Software- und Hardwarelösungen, prüfst deren Machbarkeit und stellst deine Konzepte überzeugend beim Kunden vor
- Flexibler Einsatz: Du agierst dynamisch – je nach Projektanforderung – sowohl im Büro, im Homeoffice als auch direkt vor Ort beim Kunden.
- Damit die Installation beim Kunden reibungslos läuft, bereitest du Hard- und Softwaresysteme vorab vor (Staging)
- Du installierst und konfigurierst Server und Windows-Clients
- Vor Ort bindest du die Systeme in das Praxisnetzwerk ein und nimmst Netzwerkkomponenten wie Router, Switche und Firewalls in Betrieb
- Bei der Übergabe an das Praxisteam bist du die kompetente Ansprechperson für alle Fragen
- Für die installierten Systeme erstellst und pflegst du die technische Dokumentation
- Per Ticket, remote oder telefonisch hilfst du Kunden bei technischen Fragen und begegnest ihnen dabei stets auf Augenhöhe, auch wenn es mal hektisch wird

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Grundlage ist eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, z. B. als Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration, oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- Du gehst sicher mit Windows 10/11 um und hast fundierte Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerken (z. B. IP-Adressen, DHCP, DNS)
- Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung mit Windows Server oder Linux sowie mit der Konfiguration von Firewalls und Switchen
- Erfahrung im medizinischen Umfeld, etwa mit Praxisverwaltungssystemen (PVS), Röntgensystemen oder der Telematikinfrastruktur (TI), ist ein klares Plus
- Mit deinem ausgeprägten Dienstleister-Mindset trittst du beim Kunden souverän und freundlich auf und erklärst Technik auch Menschen ohne IT-Hintergrund verständlich
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und strukturiert, und bei Fehlern findest du auch vor Ort eigenständig eine Lösung
- Reisen ist für dich kein Hindernis: Du bist zu 100 % reisebereit in ganz Deutschland, hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B und wohnst zwischen Stuttgart und München
- Deutsch sprichst du auf muttersprachlichem Niveau

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
