- Du steuerst interessante und sehr anspruchsvolle Innenausbau-Projekte und deren qualitativ hochwertige Abwicklung mit dem Schwerpunkt auf der Überwachung der Wirtschaftlichkeit sowie dem Qualitätsmanagement
- Du betreust unsere Kund:innen
- Du wickelst die Haustechnik (HLSK) eigenständig ab, sowohl als Leistung der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung als auch als Bestandteil von Generalübernehmerleistungen
- Du führst, steuerst und kontrollierst die Auftragsvorbereitung und -abwicklung inklusive Revision und Dokumentation
- Du unterstützt im Vertrieb und bei der Kalkulation und Erstellung von Angeboten in den Gewerken Heizung, Klima und Sanitär, insbesondere im Bereich Betrieb
- Du steuerst den Einsatz von Bauleitenden und Monteur:innen sowie die Materialdisposition und koordinierst und kontrollierst die Nachunternehmer und Lieferanten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung im Bereich der Ausführung von HKLS-Leistungen für Nicht-Wohngebäude
- Du bist hoch kunden- und dienstleistungsorientiert, kontaktfreudig und teamfähig
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst
- Du beherrschst die gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel und MS Project
- Du verfügst über Fremdsprachenkenntnisse, insbesondere in Englisch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
