Was erwartet dich?
- Du arbeitest in einer anspruchsvollen Produktionsumgebung und stellst sicher, dass sämtliche Qualitätsstandards sowie Vorgaben in Kundenprojekten lückenlos eingehalten werden. Dabei führst du ein interdisziplinäres Team aus Ingenieur:innen zielgerichtet und übernimmst sowohl die disziplinarische als auch die technische Verantwortung. Zudem verantwortest du die vorausschauende Kapazitäts- und Ressourcenplanung für alle Aufgaben im QiCP-Bereich sowie für spezifische Projektanforderungen.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle und Hauptansprechpartner:in für Qualitätsthemen vertrittst du diese gegenüber Projektteams, Kund:innen, internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Standorten. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team strukturierst und priorisierst du die Aufgaben, packst bei der operativen Umsetzung tatkräftig mit an und gewährleistest die termingerechte Erreichung aller Meilensteine. Zudem bist du aktiv an der Ausarbeitung von Kaufspezifikationen, Qualitätskontrollplänen, Prüf- und Qualifizierungsanweisungen sowie an ITPs, FATs und SATs beteiligt.
- Du implementierst und lebst das Qualitätssystem am Standort unter strikter Beachtung der Unternehmenspolitik und vertraglichen Richtlinien und treibst kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprozesse (KVP) voran. Du sorgst dafür, dass Korrektur- und Optimierungsmaßnahmen zügig umgesetzt, wirksam nachgehalten und dokumentiert werden. Darüber hinaus koordinierst du die Bearbeitung von Punch Point Lists, stellst die Beseitigung identifizierter Nichtkonformitäten (NCs) intern wie extern sicher und pflegst Fehlerkataloge zur gezielten Einbindung in FMEAs.
- Du erfasst Prüfergebnisse, überwachst Qualitätskontrollprozesse und prüfst die Qualitätsdokumentation interner wie externer Standorte bis hin zur Freigabe. Du wirkst aktiv an Risikobewertungen und im proaktiven Risikomanagement mit. Eine lückenlose Vervollständigung, Prüfung und rechtssichere Archivierung sämtlicher Qualitätsdokumente gehört fest zu deinem Alltag.
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Bereich Quality planst und koordinierst du den Qualitätssteuerungsplan sowie die Dokumentationsanforderungen für interne und externe Lieferanten. Du steuerst QA/QC-Inspektionen, nimmst an Prüfungen gemäß QTP und ITP teil, erstellst FAT- und ITP-Dokumente und sicherst die Abnahmeprüfzeichnungen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Diplom oder Master) im technischen Bereich, z.B. Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, etc. oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Du hast mehr als fünf Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im industriellen Bereich sowie nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Bereich Quality und/oder im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau. Kenntnisse der Druckgeräterichtlinie sind von Vorteil. Idealerweise hast du bereits Führungserfahrung. Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse im Umgang mit relevanten Softwaresystemen wie MS Office und fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP. Du verfügst auch über einen Führerschein Klasse B (PKW)
- Du zeichnest dich durch Gewissenhaftigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsstärke aus. Mit Eigeninitiative, Problemlösungsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen gehst du Aufgaben souverän an. Dein sicheres Auftreten sowie dein strukturiertes Selbst- und Zeitmanagement runden dein Profil ab. Du bringst eine internationale Reisebereitschaft bis zu 50% mit
