In deiner Rolle als Grafik- und Kommunikationsdesigner (m/w/d) bist du bei NEGRA carpet & home der integrale Bestandteil in einem etablierten Unternehmen mit über 30 Jahren Erfahrung für high-end Interiors. Gemeinsam mit uns gestaltest du die visuelle Identität unserer exklusiven Teppich- und Textilprojekte, entwickelst kreative Kampagnen für Print und Digital und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Marke auf allen Kanälen ausdrucksstark auftritt. Deine Arbeit trägt maßgeblich dazu bei, unsere Produkte sichtbar und erlebbar zu machen sowie Kunden begeisternde Einrichtungserlebnisse zu bieten.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du prägst den visuellen Auftritt unserer exklusiven Interior- und Textilprojekte und entwickelst unsere Brand Identity über alle digitalen sowie analogen Kanäle hinweg konsequent weiter.
- Du konzipierst und gestaltest mit der Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) ansprechende digitale Inhalte – von Social-Media-Creatives über Animationen bis hin zu UI/UX-Konzepten.
- Du übernimmst die Gestaltung hochwertiger Printmaterialien wie Broschüren und Werbemittel und verantwortest die professionelle Druckdatenerstellung mit InDesign.
- In enger Abstimmung mit Produktmanagement, Marketing und Vertrieb erweckst du unsere Produkte durch deine Designs visuell zum Leben.
- Du unterstützt bei der visuellen Konzeption von Marketingkampagnen und gestaltest Materialien für Events, unsere Showrooms und den Point of Sale.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Grafik-, Medien- oder Kommunikationsdesign.
- Du beherrschst die Adobe Creative Cloud (insb. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) und bringst praktische Erfahrung im Grafik-, Web- und UI/UX-Design mit.
- Deine Kreativität und dein Gespür für Ästhetik im High-End-Bereich zeichnen dich ebenso aus wie deine selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in der Printproduktion und der Erstellung von Druckdaten.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung mit einem Web-CMS (z. B. TYPO3) und bringst Grundkenntnisse in HTML/CSS mit.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
