Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische, kaufmännische oder handwerkliche Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Facility Management, Projektmanagement oder Gebäudetechnik
- Du bist Quereinsteiger:in mit Weiterbildungsqualifikation als technische:r Betriebswirt:in, staatlich geprüfte:r Techniker:in oder Fachwirt:in FM
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Facility Management, technischen Gebäudemanagement, Projektmanagement sowie in der Steuerung mit externen Dienstleistern
- Du hast technisches und kaufmännisches Verständnis und arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert
- Du besitzt Organisationsstärke, Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
