- Du richtest moderne Zerspanungsmaschinen ein und fertigst darauf eigenständig präzise Bauteile nach technischen Zeichnungen.
- Du begleitest den gesamten Fertigungsprozess von der Materialvorbereitung bis zum fertigen Werkstück und stellst so einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher.
- Du übernimmst die Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Teile und sorgst durch sorgfältige Messungen für die Einhaltung unserer hohen Standards.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Team arbeitest du an der Optimierung bestehender Fertigungsprozesse und bringst deine Ideen zur Effizienzsteigerung ein.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
- Idealerweise bringst Du erste Erfahrung in der Metallbearbeitung mit – auch als Berufseinsteiger bist Du herzlich willkommen.
- Du kannst technische Zeichnungen sicher lesen und die darin enthaltenen Vorgaben präzise umsetzen.
- Eine selbstständige, sorgfältige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise zeichnet Dich aus.
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse helfen Dir, Dich im Team abzustimmen und Arbeitsanweisungen zu verstehen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
