Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt unser Vertriebsteam für das Dienstradprogramm bei der täglichen Arbeit aus dem Innendienst heraus
- Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich Angebot- und Vertragsunterlagen und interagierst direkt mit unseren Kunden und Kundinne, um offene Fragen zu klären - meist telefonisch oder per E-Mail
- Du bearbeitest eigenständig die Kundenanlage von der Vertragserstellung bis zum Reporting
- Du pflegst unser CRM- und Kalkulationssystem und Hubspot

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einem ausgeprägten Organisationstalent
- Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst und im Umgang mit Kunden und Kundinnen
- Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung in der Leasing- oder Fahrradbranche mit
- Du überzeugst durch eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Du arbeitest akkurat und gewissenhaft

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
