Als Business Consultant berätst du unsere Kunden bei ihren strategischen und technologischen Herausforderungen und entwickelst Konzepte für die Abbildung der Anforderungen in unserem CRM. Du kommunizierst direkt mit Kunden und bist verantwortlich für einen reibungslosen Projektablauf, von der Analyse und Konzeption bis hin zur Implementierung der kundenindividuell optimierten Anwendung.

Deine Aufgaben:
- Du berätst unsere Kunden bei ihren strategischen und technologischen Herausforderungen und entwickelst Konzepte für die Abbildung der Anforderungen in unserer CRM-Lösung
- Du übernimmst die Projektverantwortung in Bezug auf Qualität, Kosten und Zeit
- Du verantwortest das Projektcontrolling und die Steuerung der Projekte
- Du bist zuständig für die Businessanalysis sowie das Prozessdesign
- Du konzipierst und führst Kundenworkshops für unsere Software durch
- Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Unternehmensbereichen wie dem IT-Consulting und dem Vertrieb zusammen

Das bist du:
- Du hast ein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du bringst Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und gute Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten mit
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte kommunikative, analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, ein sicheres Auftreten, Flexibilität und ein gewisses Maß an Reisebereitschaft
- Du besitzt fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen, in erster Linie Englisch, sind von Vorteil
- Erweiterte IT-Kenntnisse (z.B. Java, XML, VBA, Oracle), BPMN 2.0-Kenntnisse, sowie Projekterfahrungen im Umfeld der Energiewirtschaft sind von Vorteil.
