Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie verantworten die Entwicklung nachhaltiger Gebäudekonzepte und steuern eigenständig Projekte der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung über alle Leistungsphasen der HOAI.
- Sie planen anspruchsvolle Anlagen der Elektro- und Fernmeldetechnik für Neubauten sowie Bestandsgebäude und führen Lichtberechnungen, z.B. mit DiaLux, durch.
- Als zentrale:r Fachexpert:in beraten Sie Bauherren sowie Architekt:innen und vertreten Ihre Planungsergebnisse souverän in internen wie externen Projektrunden.
- Sie erstellen präzise Leistungsverzeichnisse, bewerten eingehende Angebote und unterstützen das Projektteam aktiv bei der Vergabe und Budgetkontrolle.

Ihr Profil
- Sie haben ein Studium in der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (Techniker, Meister mit Schwerpunkt Elektroinstallation)
- Sie haben bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem Ingenieurbüro oder Installationsbetrieb gesammelt
- Sie haben bereits Planungen von elektrischen Anlagen im Gebäude durchgeführt
- Sie sind vertraut mit den Projektabläufen und den Schnittstellen zu anderen Gewerken am Bau
- Sie sind interessiert an nachhaltigen und innovativen Technologien im Gebäudebereich
- Sie verfügen über fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (ab C1)
