Unser Unternehmen in Magdeburg ist vorrangig in der kompletten Planung und Bauüberwachung im Bereich Versorgungstechnik im Wohnungsbau (Neubau und Sanierung), Kitas und Schulen, Sporthallen, Industrieprojekten und Bürogebäuden tätig.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die wirtschaftliche und technische Projektbearbeitung in der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung mit Schwerpunkt Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär
- Du bist direkter Ansprechpartner für unsere Kund:innen in der Planungsphase sowie für die ausführenden Firmen in den hinteren Leistungsphasen der Bauüberwachung
- Du führst technische Projektbearbeitungen und Planungen durch und überwachst den Bau von Einzel- und Generalplanungen
- Du arbeitest sicher mit CAD und führst alle notwendigen technischen Berechnungen durch
- Du hast Kenntnisse der HOAI und VOB

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Versorgungstechnik oder im Bereich Energiemanagement, bist Techniker (m/w/d), Master (m/w/d) oder Bachelor (m/w/d) oder besitzt eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Planung von HLSK für Sanierungs-, Umbau- und Neubauvorhaben mit
- Du hast ein starkes Interesse an neuen und innovativen Technologien
- Du beherrschst den Umgang mit MS Office und CAD sicher
- Du bist teamfähig, verantwortungsbewusst und zeigst Engagement im Unternehmen
- Du trittst kundenorientiert auf und zeichnest dich durch ansprechende Kommunikations- und Kooperationsbereitschaft aus
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
