Was erwartet Sie?
- Du verantwortest die eigenständige Leitung anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte im Flachdachbau – von der technischen Klärung über die Einhaltung der VOB bis zur erfolgreichen Abnahme.
- Du steuerst dein Baustellenteam sowie die Nachunternehmer und sicherst so einen reibungslosen Ablauf und höchste Qualitätsstandards auf unseren Baustellen im Raum Stuttgart.
- Du übernimmst die volle Kosten- und Ertragsverantwortung für deine Projekte und sorgst durch ein präzises Controlling für deren wirtschaftlichen Erfolg.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson pflegst du den direkten Kontakt zu unseren Kunden, Architekten sowie Lieferanten und repräsentierst unser Unternehmen professionell nach außen.
- Du bringst deine Expertise aktiv in die Akquise und Kalkulation neuer Projekte ein und legst damit den Grundstein für zukünftige Erfolge.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur/Architekt oder eine Ausbildung zum Techniker/Meister.
- Du bringst zwingend mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter mit, idealerweise im Flachdachbau oder einem verwandten Gewerk.
- Im Umgang mit der VOB sowie mit MS 365 und gängiger Bausoftware bist du sicher und routiniert.
- Dich zeichnen eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Leistungsbereitschaft aus.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B, um deine Projekte im Großraum Stuttgart betreuen zu können.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation mit allen Projektbeteiligten sprichst du verhandlungssicher Deutsch.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
