Junior Business und Data Analyst (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du begleitest große Kreditinstitute bei IT-Umsetzungsprojekten im agilen Umfeld und arbeitest nach agilen Methoden gemäß Scrum, SAFe, Kanban oder auch OKR und wendest Tools wie JIRA, Confluence, HP ALM und virtuelle Whiteboards an
- Du analysierst Prozesse, Methoden, Systeme und Daten und erstellst zielorientierte Analysen großer Datenmengen mit geeigneten Werkzeugen
- Du beschreibst Anforderungen an die Umsetzung in IT-Systemen, erstellst Use Cases, Epics und User Stories und unterstützt dein Team beim Testen
- Du arbeitest mit Standardsoftware marktführender Hersteller auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast dein Bachelor- oder Masterstudium mit sehr guten Noten abgeschlossen - vorzugsweise in einer MINT-Fachrichtung, der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Finanzschwerpunkt
- Du konntest deine Expertise z.B. durch einschlägige Praktika bereits unter Beweis stellen und bringst eine ausgeprägte IT-Affinität - gerne auch erste Programmiererfahrung - mit
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine starke Lösungsorientierung und Hands-on-Mentalität aus und hast bereits agile Arbeitsmethoden kennengelernt
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Du hast Freude an gelegentlichen Dienstreisen, sodass du unsere Kund:innen auch vor Ort beraten kannst

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
