Was erwartet dich?
- Du setzt Influencer Kampagnen um und bist für die Identifikation sowie Kommunikation mit Influencern zuständig
- Du managest Kampagnen, von der Ideenfindung über die operative Ausführung bis hin zur analytischen Auswertung
- Du übernimmst die Kundenkommunikation, erstellst und präsentierst Projektdokumente (Angebote, Analysen, Reportings, etc.)
- Du bist für die strategische- und operative Begleitung unserer Kund:innen über den gesamten Projektverlauf verantwortlich
- Du entwickelst unser Unternehmen weiter, indem du aktiv unsere Feedbackkultur mitgestaltest, welche auf dem Prinzip Radical Candor basiert
- Du leitest identifizierten Pain-Points und Produktwünsche aus Kundengesprächen an das Tech- und Business Operations-Team weiter

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist Absolvent eines themenrelevanten Studiums, zum Beispiel BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder Marketing
- Du hast erste Praxiserfahrung gesammelt, idealerweise im Bereich Social Media oder Influencer Marketing
- Du bist kommunikationsfähig und hast kein problem such mal den Hörer in die Hand zu nehmen
- Du hast ein starkes Interesse für Influencer Marketing gepaart mit einer ausgeprägten Kreativität
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für dich, dein Team, unsere Kunden und auch die kleinen Dinge - denn am Ende zählt jedes Detail
- Du hast exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Du verfügst über eine hohe Leistungsmotivation, die sich in einer hohen Ergebnisqualität widerspiegelt
- Du hast ein authentisches Auftreten gepaart mit einer positiv-neugierigen Grundeinstellung
- Du liebst neue Herausforderungen und Szenarien
- Dein Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch ist fließend in Wort und Schrift und dir bereitet die Ausarbeitung von Texten sehr viel Spaß (C1 Level)

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
