Wir suchen neue Mitarbeiter:innen (m/w/d) für das Projektmanagement unserer App- (iOS, Android, Flutter) und Web-Anwendungen (Ruby on Rails). Du bist verantwortlich für die Projektplanung und -Durchführung. Angefangen beim Erstellen von Aufwandsschätzungungen und Projektplänen über die Co-Creation beim Ausarbeiten von Projektverträgen, bis hin zur Diskussion der (agilen) Arbeitsweise im Projekt und der Überprüfung von Milestones und Budgets. Du arbeitest dabei eng mit den Kund:innen und dem jeweiligen Projektteam zusammen - gemeinsam erschafft ihr Software mit dem WOW-Faktor.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist Ansprechperson für dein Projektteam und Kund:innen
- Du löst Abhängigkeiten auf und stellst eine effiziente und produktive Arbeitsatmosphäre in deinen Projekten her
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Organisation, Moderation und Dokumentation von Meetings sowie deren Meetingkultur
- Du bearbeitest Personal- und Budgetplanung in deinen Projekten
- Du definierst KPIs in deinen Projekten in Abstimmung mit CEO, CXO und den anderen Projektmanagern
- Du weißt AppStores und CI-Pipelines zu und verwaltest diese
- Du übernimmst die Releaseplanung und Dokumentation sowie die Organisation von den dazugehörigen Release-Parties

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft/ Informatik/Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast bereits Erfahrungen als Projektleiter:in und Teamleiter:in sammeln können
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in diversen Frontend- und Backend-Technologien für native und hybride Apps und deren Frameworks (iOS / Android / Flutter/ Web)
- Du kennst dich mit agilen Arbeitsweisen (z.B. Scrum, Kanban und Design Thinking) aus und Tools, wie GitLab, Notion, Float oder Clockify sind für dich keine Fremdwörter
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse und auch in Englisch kannst du dich gut verständigen
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine organisierte, strukturierte und selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein in Bezug auf unsere Kundenprojekte und -produkte
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und Entscheidungen zu treffen fällt dir leicht

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
