Ingenieur für Elektrotechnik und Bauüberwachung (m/w/d)
Für die Betreuung von Bauprojekten von der ersten Planung über die Ausschreibung und Vergabe der elektrotechnischen Leistungen bis zur Überwachung der Realisierung suchen wir einen Projektingenieur (m/w/d).
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie planen elektrotechnische Anlagen gemäß Erfordernissen und Budget in Gebäuden und für Außenanlagen
- Sie stimmen sich mit Architekt:innen, Fachplaner:innen anderer Gewerke sowie dem/der Bauherr:in regelmäßig ab
- Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die technische Leitung und Bearbeitung einzelner Projekte
- Sie erstellen produktneutrale Ausschreibungen nach VOB und VOL
- Sie unterstützen Bauherr:innen bei der Auswertung von Angeboten sowie der Vergabe von Leistungen und überwachen die Realisierung der Projekte vor Ort
- Die Budgetverfolgung und das Nachtragsmanagement gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben
- Sie stellen die Einhaltung von relevanten Normen und Regularien nach VDE und DIN sicher

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie sind Ingenieur der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik mit elektrotechnischem Schwerpunkt oder vergleichbaren Qualifikationen
- Sie sind flexibel und haben Spaß an neuen Herausforderungen und haben einen selbstständigen und verantwortungsbewussten Arbeitsstil
- Sie haben bereits erste Erfahrungen mit OpenBIM oder einem CAD-Programm gesammelt
- Ebenfalls verfügen Sie über Erfahrungen in der Anwendung von relevanten Regelwerken, Richtlinien, Normen und VDE-Vorschriften
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein für PKW
- Sie haben bereits Erfahrungen und Erfolge in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
- Es fällt Ihnen leicht, mit anderen Menschen zu interagieren und Sachverhalte zu präsentieren

Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
