Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die vollumfängliche kaufmännische und technische Verwaltung unseres Portfolios an Handelsimmobilien und sichern so dessen Werterhalt.
- Sie koordinieren und überwachen Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen sowie kleinere Umbauprojekte, um den einwandfreien Zustand der Objekte zu gewährleisten.
- Für anstehende Maßnahmen erstellen Sie Ausschreibungen, holen Angebote von Dienstleistern ein und bereiten die Vergabeentscheidungen vor.
- Sie verantworten das Vertragsmanagement mit Mietern und Dienstleistern, prüfen eingehende Rechnungen und stellen die korrekte Abwicklung sicher.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson stehen Sie im direkten Austausch mit Mieter:innen sowie externen Partnern und steuern die Kommunikation serviceorientiert.
- Durch regelmäßige Begehungen vor Ort kontrollieren Sie den Zustand der Immobilien und die Qualität der durchgeführten Arbeiten.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Immobilienwirtschaft, Facility Management, Bautechnik etc.)
- Sie verfügen über Organisationstalent und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistenden
- Sie arbeiten selbständig und strukturiert
- Sie haben einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office
- Sie sind bereit, 3-5 Mal pro Jahr, für wenige Tage, deutschlandweit, zu Ihren Projekten zu reisen
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch (C1+) in Wort und Schrift

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
