Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bearbeiten Finanzierungsprojekte für Gewerbeimmobilien und stimmen sich dabei eng mit der Geschäftsleitung, Partnerbanken und dem Kapitalmarkt ab.
- Sie bauen das Netzwerk zu Banken sowie Fremdkapitalgebern aktiv aus und pflegen die bestehenden Kontakte.
- Sie erstellen Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und bereiten Finanzkennzahlen, insbesondere mit MS Excel, als fundierte Grundlage für Investitionsentscheidungen auf.
- Sie sind für die Erstellung und Prüfung von Kreditverträgen zuständig und führen die damit verbundenen Vertragsverhandlungen.
- Sie verantworten das regelmäßige Reporting an die Geschäftsführung sowie externe Kapitalgeber und stellen die Datenqualität sicher.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
