- Als Account Manager:in und Sales Consultant begleitest Du unsere Kunden bei der Umsetzung ihrer Digitalisierungsstrategie. Das gemeinsame Ziel sind intelligente Geschäftsprozesse und die optimale Nutzung der Potenziale innovativer Digitalisierungs- und AI-Technologien.
- Du wirkst an der Planung und Durchführung von Marketingkampagnen mit und identifizierst potenzielle Zielkunden.
- Du analysierst den Kundenbedarf aus betriebswirtschaftlicher Sicht und erarbeitest gemeinsam mit unseren Prozess- und IT-Experten maßgeschneiderte Digitalisierungslösungen.
- Die Kundenbeziehung managest Du ganzheitlich vom Erstkontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss, in der Projektdurchführung sowie der anschließenden Betriebsunterstützung.
- Für den reibungslosen Betrieb, die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung erfolgskritischer Digitalisierungslösungen bietest Du unseren Kunden umfassende, auf ITIL-Standards basierende Support- und Managed Services-Pakete an.

Du bringst mit:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informationswirtschaft, BWL mit IT-Affinität, Informatik mit BWL-Affinität oder Quereinsteiger mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Praxiserfahrung
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Nutzung betriebswirtschaftlicher Anwendungssoftware in mindestens einem der Bereiche ERP, SCM/Logistik, EPM, CX oder HCM
- Verantwortungsbewusster Einsatz digitaler Technologien und der AI mit dem Ziel der Schaffung nachhaltiger humaner Anwendererlebnisse
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick und sehr gute Umgangsformen
- Verantwortungsbewusste, sorgfältige und selbständige Arbeitsweise

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
