Die Lösungen basieren auf leistungsstarken Oracle Infrastrukturen in der Cloud, on premises oder hybrid. Wir suchen keine „Coder“, sondern Applikationsentwickler, die den kompletten Software-Lebenszyklus begleiten: von der fachlichen Anforderung bis zur fertigen Applikation und agilen Weiterentwicklung.
Vielfältige Aufgaben erwarten dich:
- Ausgehend vom Produkt-Backlog analysierst du als Oracle Applikationsentwickler fachliche Anforderungen des Kunden im Hinblick auf die technische Umsetzung.
- Du übernimmst die technische Konzeption und das Design der Software-Artefakte sowie der Datenbankstrukturen, möglicherweise auch der gesamten Systemarchitektur. Für die Gestaltung der User Experience arbeitest du eng mit dem Kunden, den Business Consultants und bei Bedarf mit Ergonomieexperten zusammen.
- In agilen Projekten planst du Sprints, führst diese durch und wirkst im Review und der Retrospektive mit.
- Typische Entwicklungsaufgaben:
- betriebswirtschaftliche und technisch/wissenschaftliche Applikationen für unterschiedliche Devices (Web, PWA, mobile App, cyber-physische Systeme)
- kundenspezifische Modifikationen und Erweiterungen (customizations) für Oracle Unternehmensapplikationen: Dialoge, Reports, Analyse-Dashboards, Prozessautomatisierung
- Applikationsintegration unter Verwendung von APIs und Integrationsplattformen in der Cloud und on premises
- Extraktions-, Transformations- und Laderoutinen für die automatisierte Datenmigration
- Zu deinen Aufgaben in der Applikationsentwicklung gehören methodenkonforme Dokumentation, Durchführung von Unit Tests und Peer Tests sowie die Mitwirkung in Systemtests und Performance-Tests.
- In der Transitions- und Inbetriebnahmephase unterstützt du in der Datenmigration sowie in Systemintegrations- und Anwenderakzeptanztests.
- Als technischer Consultant gibst du dein Wissen in Form von professioneller Beratung, Coaching, Workshops und Trainings an Entwickler und technische Systemarchitekten unserer Kunden und Partner weiter.

Du bringst mit:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informationswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit IT-Affinität oder eine qualifizierte Fachinformatiker-Ausbildung
- Erforderliche Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung – idealerweise im Oracle-Umfeld:
- Agile Softwareentwicklung
- Kenntnisse in der Datenbank-Programmierung (SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, Visual Builder oder vergleichbare Tools) sowie in Java (Java SE, Jakarta EE)
- Erfahrung mit Konzepten, Skriptsprachen und Frameworks aus dem Web-Umfeld (HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, Groovy, Angular etc.)
- Erfahrung mit Workflow- (BPEL, BPMN) und XML- (XML, XSD, XPATH, XSLT) Technologien
- Knowhow mit serviceorientierte Architekturen und Webservice-Technologien (SOAP, REST) sowie SaaS-Integration über PaaS
- Idealerweise erste Entwicklungserfahrung im Kontext einer betriebswirtschaftlichen Anwendungssoftware, z.B. Oracle Cloud Applications, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle NetSuite, SAP oder SalesForce
- Interesse an innovativen Technologien und Methoden aus den Bereichen Digitalisierung und AI/ML
- Verantwortungsbewusster Einsatz digitaler Technologien und der AI mit dem Ziel der Schaffung nachhaltiger humaner Anwendererlebnisse
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Abstraktions- und Strukturierungsvermögen, Sorgfalt in der Erstellung von Dokumentationen sowie gute Englisch- und bevorzugt auch Deutschkenntnisse

Yes, this is possible. In your application overview you can view your information and make changes. If you have already been invited to an interview, editing is no longer possible. However, you can still add general information and upload additional documents in your profile.

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found here.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
