Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bearbeiten die über die Kanäle Print und Online eingehenden Anfragen unserer Kunden und Interessenten in allen Fragen rund um das Thema Energie, Dienstleistungen und unsere Produkte
- In Ihren Zuständigkeitsbereich fällt ebenfalls die fallabschließende Bearbeitung von Geschäftsvorfällen unter Beachtung der hierfür vorgegebenen Fristen
- Für unsere Interessenten erstellen Sie individuelle Angebote und Preisvergleiche
- Sie übernehmen die vollständige Abwicklung komplexer Sachverhalte und die damit einhergehende Kommunikation mit anderen Fachbereichen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice und vorzugsweise über eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Sie haben eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit Kundenbedürfnisse und Kundenwünsche zu erkennen und Anliegen zu lösen
- Sie haben eine eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Die schriftliche Erläuterung komplexer Sachverhalte zählt zu Ihren Stärken
- Über den Umgang mit MS-Office hinaus, haben Sie eine gute IT- und Systemkompetenz
- Teamarbeit bereitet Ihnen Freude und Sie überzeugen durch eine hohe Sozial- und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Sie haben Interesse an einer spannenden Tätigkeit in der Energiewirtschaft mit fachlicher Breite und Tiefe

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
