- Du bist für die KPI basierte Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung internationaler Performance Kampagnen im Bereich Paid Social zur Erreichung von Wachstums- und ROI-Zielen verantwortlich
- Du verantwortest die Konzeption, Durchführung und Auswertung von A/B- und Zeitreihentests für Werbemittel, Targeting Landingpages, Headlines sowie für die Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Du betreust das Monitoring und die Analyse der Performance von Kampagnen mit Fokus auf Prospecting und Retargeting
- Du hältst dich über Innovationen und Technologien der Branche auf dem Laufenden und testest relevante Tools und Anzeigenformate
- Du begleitest und unterstützt konzeptionell die Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Werbemitteln mit Fokus auf Videowerbung in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Creative-Team

Was solltest du mitbringen?
Noch viel wichtiger als deine Qualifikationen auf dem Papier ist uns, dass du für Nachhaltigkeit brennst und motiviert bist, mit uns die Welt ein bisschen sauberer zu machen.
- Du konntest bereits mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich datengetriebenem Online Marketing sammeln und hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Marketing, BWL, Kommunikations- oder Medienwissenschaften
- Du arbeitest kreativ und verfügst über ein hervorragendes Sprachgefühl
- Du verfügst über eine tiefe Expertise in der Optimierung von Paid Social Kanälen, sowie der Neukundenakquise und Retention
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Google Analytics, Excel und dem Facebook Business Manager
- Du bringst Empathie, ein Auge fürs Detail und eine Leidenschaft für kreativen (Video) Content mit
- Du bist organisiert und kannst verschiedene fortlaufende Projekte transparent und strukturiert vorantreiben
- Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Native Ads und Pinterest
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Du hast idealerweise französische und Italienische Sprachkenntnisse

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
