Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst und kontrollierst den Bauablauf und die Projektkosten abteilungsübergreifend und trägst die Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Budget sowie Terminen im gesamten Projektverlauf
- Du planst und koordinierst die Personaleinsätze und übernimmst die Personalführung und -entwicklung, erstellst Projektpläne und überwachst deren Einhaltung
- Du bist eigenständig für die Weiterentwicklung, sowie die Verbesserung von Projektabläufen und den damit verbundenen Prozessen zuständig
- Du wirkst bei der Akquisition, Ausarbeitung von Angeboten und Erstellung von Kostenschätzungen und Kostenberechnungen mit
- Du hast Einfluss bei der Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung neuer Ideen und Vorstellungen des Unternehmens

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation als Elektrotechnik-Meister oder Elektrotechniker
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung und Mitarbeiterführung mit
- Du zeigst gute Kenntnisse der aktuellen Normen und Vorschriften
- Du punktest mit deinen guten PC- / MS-Office-, sowie ERP-Kenntnissen
- Du zählst selbständiges Arbeiten, überzeugendes Auftreten und die Ressourcenplanung zu deinen Stärken
- Du zeichnest dich durch dein Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und eine hohe Kundenorientierung aus
