In der Position als Projektleiter:in suchen wir für die Sanierung eines denkmalgeschützten öffentlichen Großprojektes in Hamburg eine(n) engagierte:n und verantwortungsvolle:n Architekten:in in Vollzeit mit mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du koordinierst und leitest externe Fachplaner
- Du koordinierst das interne Projektteam
- Du bist Ansprechperson für den Bauherrn
- Du setzt dich auseinander mit dem Denkmalschutz und dessen Leitlinie
- Du erarbeitest und stellst Lösungsansätze und Entscheidungsvorlagen dar
- Du ermittelst und verfolgst die Kosten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in der Fachrichtung Architektur
- Begeisterung für Architektur
- Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Berufserfahrung von min. 5 Jahren in LPH 1-5
- Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Software, vorzugsweise ArchiCAD ab Version 18
- Kenntnisse in Orca AVA, sowie MS Projekt
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Unser Architekturbüro befasst sich seit über 20 Jahren mit klassischen Bauaufgaben im Bereich der Einzelhandel-, Tourismus- und Erlebnisarchitektur aber auch der Wohnungsbau ist ein wichtiger Baustein im täglichen Arbeitsablauf. Unsere Kernkompetenz ist die ganzheitliche Bearbeitung der Projekte. Vom ersten Gedanken über den Innenausbau bis hin zur Nutzungsbetreuung der Objekte stehen wir dem Kunden für alle Projektbelange der jeweiligen Bauaufgabe vollumfänglich zur Verfügung. Wir entwickeln und realisieren gemeinsam mit den Bauherrn und den notwendigen Experten extreme Spezialaufgaben im Neubau genauso wie an Bestandsimmobilien. Aber auch Sanierungen und Instandsetzungen im Wohnungsbau gehören zu unseren alltäglichen Aufgaben, die wir vollumfänglich bearbeiten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
