Was erwartet dich?
- Du arbeitest in Beratungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten im Umfeld von Qualitätsmanagement und integrierten Managementsystemen mit
- Du verantwortest die eigenen Kundenprojekte und das zugehörige Projektmanagement
- Du führst Prozessanalysen durch und entwickelst Prozessverbesserungen
- Du verfasst Informationsmaterial/ Texte für deine Projektkunden
- Du erstellst Präsentationen, z.B. Trainingsunterlagen, Abschluss- und Ergebnisberichte
- Du betreust einzelne Sub-Sites unseres Wiki-basierten Intranets und verfasst kurze redaktionelle Texte

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium, über eine Ausbildung zum Auditor, mindestens zehn Jahre Praxiserfahrung bzw. Projekterfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement und hast idealerweise Praxiserfahrung als QMB
- Du hast Kenntnisse in den Normen ISO 9001 ff.
- Kenntnisse in den Normen ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 18001 bzw. ISO 45001 sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Programmen (MS-Office, Libre-Office) runden dein Profil ab
- Du zeichnest dich durch Offenheit, Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Engagement, Flexibilität und Servicebewusstsein aus und bringst eine regionale Reisebereitschaft mit
- Du beweist organisatorisches Geschick, arbeitest selbständig und bist teamfähig
- Du besitzt Vorkenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement und /oder Informationssicherheit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates.
