Your Responsibilities

  • You will proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop a sales pipeline - you have full ownership and will develop strategies to increase sales, develop leads and close opportunities
  • You will independently manage, select, and close new client relationships and new business
  • You will forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied customers
  • You will work closely with different stakeholders, especially marketing and customer service to deliver the best results possible to our customers
  • You will achieve (and overachieve) quotas - hitting a quota of € 1M+ of ARR per year, to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual booking objectives
  • You will build relationships and a network with C-Suites of large Enterprises in the DACH-Region and in the Learning & Development space
  • You will conduct ongoing account management to ensure continued customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams

Your Profile

  • You have 6+ years of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on new business, preferably experience with SaaS businesses
  • You have a track record of hitting and outperforming sales targets
  • You’re a natural salesperson and you love it
  • You are skilled in building business champions and running complex sales processes
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and relationship management skills
  • You stand out with a hunter mentality and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You are ideally experienced in selling to L&D Departments, HR, Learning, or similar industries
  • You bring previous Sales Methodology training, e.g. MEDDIC, Force Management, SPIN, Challenger Sales, etc.
  • You are fluent in English and German
  • You are preferably based in Europe

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
