Was erwartet dich?
- Ab dem ersten Tag hast Du gemeinsam mit unseren Teams Verantwortung für die Entwicklung von Wachstumsgeschäftsfeldern
- Du übernimmst das Kommerzielles Ownership, inhaltliche und technische Weiterentwicklung ausgewählter Produkte
- Proaktive Analyse von Markt-, Nutzer- und Wettbewerbsdaten und Ableitungen strategischer Folgen für unsere Produkte
- Inhaltliche Steuerung und Begleitung von produktbezogenen Projekten gemeinsam mit unseren Entwickler- und Produktteams
- Kontinuierliche Überprüfung und Qualitätssicherung unserer Angebote
- Rolle als direkter Ansprechpartner für die Geschäftsleitung und weiterer interner wie externer Stakeholder

Was solltest du mitbringen?
Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium bzw. Ausbildung im betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich und eine hohe Affinität zur Branche der Wirtschaft/Finanzen/Börse.

- Mindestens 3-5Jahre Berufserfahrung in Unternehmensberatung, Business Development oder vergleichbaren Rollen mit kommerziellem Bezug im digitalen Umfeld
- Verständnis für Kunden und User im Finanz-/Börsenumfeld als auch für die kommerziellen Aspekte der Entscheidungsfindung
- Eine ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität sowie analytisches Denkvermögen zur proaktiven Lösungsfindung, auch für neue Situationen in der eigenen Organisation und im Markt
- Freude und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für Projekte zu übernehmen und diese zielgerichtet voranzutreiben
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, hohe Bereitschaft im Team zu arbeiten
