Für unser Marketing-Team suchen wir ab Herbst 2023 eine:n Marketing Manager:in in Vollzeit. Langfristig sollst du inhaltliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung übernehmen und damit zum Head of Marketing aufsteigen.
Je nach Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung steigst du als Associate (bis zu 2 Jahre Erfahrung), Senior (2-5 Jahre Erfahrung) oder Head (5+ Jahre Erfahrung) ein. An deiner Erfahrungsstufe und deiner individuellen Entwicklung orientieren sich dein Werdegang und der Zeithorizont.
Als Marketing Manager:in kannst du deine eigenen Akzente setzen und mit deinem Erfolg wachsen. Wir möchten deine Weiterentwicklung aktiv fördern, dir Stück für Stück mehr Verantwortung übergeben und dir die Möglichkeit geben, die nächste Karrierestufe zu erreichen.

Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst und steuerst Online-Marketingkampagnen (speziell Social Media, Google Ads und E-Commerce Plattformen) und optimierst diese fortlaufend
- Du entwickelst das Marketing strategisch weiter
- Du konzipierst kreative Werbekampagnen auch für unseren Shop und führst A/B-Testing durch
- Du führst Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Trendanalysen durch und übernimmst das Marketingcontrolling und -reporting
- Du führst und entwickelst die Marketing-Mates (ca. 5 Personen) als Head of Marekting (m/w/d) weiter und wählst Personen aus und stellst sie in Zusammenarbeit mit der HR Abteilung ein
- Du entwickelst unsere Marke strategisch weiter, übernimmst die Budgetverantwortung und bist verantwortlich für die Erreichung der Marketingziele

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing bspw. Performance Marketing, Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d), Kommunikationsmanager (m/w/d) oder mit Agentur Erfahrung und CPC, CTR und CPM sind keine Fremdwörter für dich
- Du bringst für die Stelle als Head of Marketing (m/w/d) bereits Führungserfahrung mit
- Du hast kreative Ideen im Gepäck und Spaß an deiner Arbeit, unserem Team und unserer Dienstleistung
- Du bist gut im logischen und analytischen Denken und besitzt ein Verständnis für Zahlen und Trends und besitzt eine hohe Affinität für Social Media und für Entwicklungen in der digitalen Welt
- Du verfügst über eine sehr organisierte Arbeitsweise, gutes Zeitmanagement und ein Auge fürs Detail, bist verantwortungsbewusst und zeigst gerne Eigeninitiative
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen Webanalyse- und Performance-Marketing-Tools

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
