Für unseren zentralen Standort in Heidelberg suchen wir im Zuge des dynamischen Wachstums unseres Unternehmens einen Junior Account Manager (m/f/d) im Bereich der kundenspezifischen (SAP)-Entwicklung.
In dieser Funktion repräsentieren Sie unser Unternehmen bei unseren bestehenden Kunden und verantworten die erfolgreiche Umsetzung der bestehenden Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Beratungs- und Entwicklungsorganisation. Als enger Vertrauter des Kunden kennen Sie dessen Ziele und Herausforderungen und sind in der Lage gemeinsam mit dem Kunden Lösungsoptionen auf Basis von unseren Lösungen und Services zu entwickeln und diese auch in kommerzielle Angebote zu überführen. Als Bindeglied zwischen den bestehenden Kunden und unserem Unternehmen, sind Sie erster Ansprechpartner für alle Themen des Kunden. Die Rolle umfasst vertriebliche Aktivitäten für aktuelle Kunden und neue Kunden. Das Aufgabengebiet erlaubt die eigenverantwortliche Organisation abwechslungsreicher und vielfältiger Aufgaben.
Das kann Ihr Portfolio werden:
- Management und Ausbau bestehender Beziehungen zu einer klar definierten Anzahl von Kunden durch enge und kontinuierliche Kommunikation
- Erarbeitung und Klärung von Anforderungen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Kunden
- Definition, Organisation und Koordination von pre-Sales Aktivitäten
- Erstellung von Angeboten und kaufmännische Vertragsabwicklung
- Repräsentation des Kunden und seiner Anforderungen gegenüber internen Beratungs- und Produktteams
- Betreuung und Koordination von Bestandsprojekten/-programmen als Ansprechpartner für den Kunden
- Einbindung in vertriebliche Aktivitäten zur Neukundengewinnung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
