Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust die neuen und bestehenden innovativen Medizinprodukte und entwickelst kreative Marketing Maßnahmen inkl. Kampagnenentwicklung für Produkteinführungen sowie das bestehende Portfolio.
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem globalen Marketing- & Sales-Team zusammen und definierst lokale Marketingpläne und Kommunikationsstrategien.
- Du arbeitest im B2B-Kontakt mit unseren Kunden, nimmst neue Impulse und Optimierungsvorschläge für unsere Produktionseinheiten auf und stimmst diese ab.
- Du organisierst die internen Regulatory-Affair-Belange sowie Messen und Kongresse, auf denen unsere Produkte präsentiert und vorgestellt werden.
- Du führst Produktschulungen und Präsentationen durch und erstellst regelmäßige Marketingkonzepte in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb.
- Du analysierst den Markt und leitest Produkt-Performance und Wachstumspotenziale ab.
- Du nimmst an Symposien, Fachmessen und Kongressen teil.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder in den Naturwissenschaften.
- Du bringst min. 1 - 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing und/oder Produktmanagement für Medizinprodukte der Medizintechnik- oder Gesundheitsindustrie mit.
- Du kennst dich im medizintechnischen Sektor aus und bist erfahren in der Entwicklung und Ausführung von Marketingplänen und Kampagnen.
- Du verfügst über Kommunikationsstärke und Präsentationstechnik, arbeitest proaktiv, kreativ und teamorientiert.
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.

About DDHT / Healthcare Medical Marketing
Die Digital Dental & Healthcare Technology produziert und vermarktet zahnmedizinische Produkte und Dienstleistungen. Mit drei eigenen Produktsparten (CaviTAU®, OroTox®, MindLINK®) und einer eigenen Inhouse-Marketing-Agentur operiert die DDHT schwerpunktmäßig im DACH-Raum. Zu den Kunden gehören unter anderem Implantologen, Kieferchirurgen, biologisch, ganzheitlich arbeitende Zahnärzte. Die Inhouse-Agentur Healthcare Medical Marketing (www.hc-mm.de) ist dabei schwerpunktmäßig in den Disziplinen SEO, SEA, Social Media, dem Erstellen von Internetseiten und Online-Shops tätig. Hierzu werden individuelle Kommunikationskonzepte erstellt und mit den Kunden individuelle Marketingkonzepte erarbeitet.
